Innovative oven and cold room solutions for the catering and hospitality sector

Host Milano 2025 was once again one of the most important meeting places for the international hospitality and food service sector – and we at Steinbach & Vollmann were there with great success. From October 17 to 21, 2025, we presented our latest oven and cold room solutions at Fiera Milano Rho.

Our cold storage solutions impressed industry experts with their outstanding quality, energy efficiency, and flexibility—designed to optimally meet the high demands of the restaurant, hotel, and catering industries.

A particular highlight this year was our THERMOLOX—the innovative closure solution for our Oven Solutions. The system impressed with its maximum safety, energy efficiency, and ease of use in demanding thermal insulation applications.

Our cold room solutions also attracted a great deal of interest: the EASYLOX and VARILOX cold room locks and our robust hinges, such as VARIOFLEX2, stood for reliability, durability, and ease of use in everyday applications.

We are delighted with the many interesting discussions, valuable exchanges, and great interest in our products. The positive feedback confirms our commitment to consistently developing our innovative solutions for professional cooling and heating technology.
