Hi, I'm Lena Breuckmann and I'll be your training supervisor for commercial apprenticeships here at STUV. I completed my own apprenticeship as an industrial clerk at STUV and now work in human resources. Development is our top priority! You will learn from experienced experts and gain practical experience. You will work in a collegial environment and receive support from all sides. You will actively shape your training and can contribute your own ideas. Curious? Then send me your questions!

Hello, my name is Georg Stienemeier. As the manager responsible for all trainees who start vocational training at STUV, I am your first point of contact.

I have been loyal to STUV for 45 years now. After completing my training as a maintenance mechanic here, I went on to take further courses and training. This included training as an industrial foreman and several specialist courses in maintenance and occupational safety. I now manage these areas.

At STUV, all doors are open to you. Here, commitment is valued, talent is nurtured and everyone is given the opportunity to achieve their career goals

Tim

Hey everyone! I'm Tim, I'm 18 years old and I started my apprenticeship as an industrial clerk at STUV in August 2024. During my apprenticeship, I'm working in lots of different departments and getting to know the various processes and tasks. I started my career as a STUVian in the Human Resources department and am now part of the Financial Accounting team. I'm excited to see which department I like best!

Mira

Hello, I am Mira and I started my apprenticeship as a marketing communications specialist at STUV in August 2024. I am involved in exciting projects and am gaining real insight into the world of marketing. Why did I choose STUV? Because of my friendly and helpful colleagues! Here, I can ask anyone and get support right away. I can only recommend STUV because I was given such a warm welcome here!

Leon

Hey guys, my name is Leon and I started my apprenticeship as an industrial clerk at STUV on 1 August 2024. Over the next three years, I will work in many different departments, which will give me a comprehensive insight into what goes on in a company. I think that's really good because it will allow me to discover and develop my strengths. The reason I chose STUV is quite simple: the possibilities are endless. I am looking forward to the next few years and am excited to see what lies ahead!

Melanie

Hey, I'm Melanie and I'm training to be a marketing communications specialist. I've been part of the team since day one and was given my own projects straight away. We were given a tour of the company to get to know some of our colleagues and had a little peek behind the scenes, which I thought was pretty cool. Everyone was really friendly and helpful, which immediately calmed my nerves.

Luis

Hi! I'm Luis and I'm currently in my second year of training as an industrial clerk at STUV. I'm currently working in sales and have a lot of contact with customers. I really enjoy it because you learn so much and get to meet cool people at the same time. Besides the work, the atmosphere at STUV is also really great. I can lay a solid foundation for my career here and the opportunities for further training are simply fantastic. For example, I'm currently taking an English course to improve my business English. Bottom line: I would recommend STUV to anyone looking for a varied apprenticeship with great colleagues and excellent future prospects!

Ahmed

My name is Ahmed and I am currently completing my apprenticeship as an industrial clerk at STUV Prison Solutions (a subsidiary of STUV). I am currently in my second year of training and work in the dispatch department. The best thing about my training? Definitely that I get to try out all the different departments – that way, it always stays exciting and varied. And the flexible working hours (flexitime) are also a big plus, of course! My colleagues are super helpful and always support me when I need help!

Sinan

My name is Sinan and I am currently in my third year of training as an industrial clerk at STUV! I am currently working in sales, where I will continue to work after completing my training – so I will be staying at STUV! During my apprenticeship, I discovered that my strengths lie in customer contact and developing new sales strategies. STUV recognised this too, which is why I am continuing to make the most of my strengths. Why STUV? Because I am supported here, I have great colleagues and I feel really at home.
