We are looking for a trainee (m/f/d) to become a machine and plant operator for our company headquarters in Heiligenhaus, starting on 1 August 2025. Our production team sets up, equips, operates and monitors machines and plants. You will observe the machine processes in order to identify malfunctions at an early stage and thus achieve flawless and high operational readiness.

• You will operate, inspect, set up and maintain machines, production and operating equipment
• You monitor and ensure the flow of materials
• You create components using various manufacturing processes and eliminate malfunctions

• You completed your secondary school education after Year 10
• You have a good knowledge of mathematics and physics
• You have manual skills and technical understanding
• You work conscientiously and reliably, and you are eager to learn and take initiative
