Our main customers are in the industrial and government sectors. We supply innovative mechanical and electronic solutions for well-known industrial customers, e.g. for aeroplanes, machines, the food industry, cold storage rooms, trains and safes. As of 01 August 2025, we are looking for an apprentice toolmaker (f/m/d) for our company headquarters in Heiligenhaus. Our toolmaking team manufactures stamping and forming tools for the industrial series production of our high-quality closure solutions. The tools are manufactured using numerous production processes ranging from turning, drilling, milling, grinding and filing to CNC-controlled machine tools. The focus here is on precise and accurate work. State-of-the-art measuring and testing methods ensure the dimensional accuracy of workpieces down to thousandths of a millimetre.

What you can expect from us

• You will be prepared to work independently in the areas of development, maintenance, servicing and care of equipment and production tools
• You will acquire in-depth knowledge in the areas of cutting and forming technologies: Turning, milling, pressing, punching and welding
• You assess material properties and materials and select them according to the requirements and specifications
• An extensive range of training courses

• You have completed at least an intermediate school leaving certificate
• You have a good knowledge of maths and physics
• You have good spatial awareness, think logically and are resourceful
• You work conscientiously and reliably and are eager to learn and show initiative
• New challenges excite you and you are keen to contribute your ideas
